How To Personalize Your SaddleMattress

When purchasing a SaddleMattress you have the option to personalize it with unique embroidery. Personalizing your embroidery requires you to make 4 selections as follows:

1. Choose your embroidery color
All available embroidery colors are listed in the drop down box on each product page – simply click on the drop down arrow and highlight your choice. Ten embroidery thread colors are available – see below for color samples.

2. Choose your embroidery style
We offer 3 embroidery font Styles and 2 different Monograms. All styles and fonts are listed in the drop down box on each product page – simply click on the drop down arrow and highlight your choice. Images of our embroidrey font styles and monograms are displayed below to help you in making your selection.

3. Choose your lettering type
For embroidery utilizing our font styles we offer a choice of having your text in either UPPERCASE or First Letter Capitalized. These options are listed in the drop down box on each product page – simply click on the drop down arrow and highlight your choice. For monograms, all letters are assumed to be UPPERCASE and therefore only this option is available for monograms.

4. Tell us what you want embroidered
On the checkout page you will be asked to confirm your embroidery text. A text box willl appear below your order summary – in this box type the text you want embroidered – up to a maximum of 15 letters. It is very important that you check the spelling since we cannot be held accountable for typographical errors in your order. We will then stitch the required embroidery text/initials in your chosen embroidery thread color, embroidery Style/Monogram and lettering type.

Logos
If you have a logo you would like us to embroider, please contact us at 1-877-4 TACK AID. We will ask for an electronic copy of your logo -digitized format is preferred. If you do not have a digitized logo, we can arrange for your file to be converted to digital format for a small fee. We will embroider your logo and send it to you for approval, upon approval we will complete your SaddleMattress order. Please note not all logos can be embroidered successfully, upon reviewing your electronic file we will be able to advise on the likelihood of replicating it via embroidery.
