A SaddleMattress supports your saddle 23 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Over 6 years that equates to over 50,000 hours protecting your saddle!  For optimum performance, we recommend refreshing the foam inner inside your SaddleMattress every 6 years or anytime it becomes overly misshapen or feels soft, especially over the bars of the rack.

Simply unzip your SaddleMattress cover, remove the old foam inner and insert the new one.  New foam will need a few days under your saddle to conform to the shape of an English saddle rack so don't worry if the new foam looks like it is "bridging" your saddle rack,  the weight of your saddle will encourage the foam to flex.
